Baldwin Dam conversion

Project description

The Baldwin Dam Conversion turned a high hazard dam into a non jurisdictional structure by reshaping the flood attenuation pool area and building a lower, more stable earthen emergency spillway.

  • 185,000 CY of embankment
  • 29,040 CY of topsoil distribution
  • 39 acres of erosion control and seeding
  • 4,561 LF of vinyl and iron fencing
